Two-tone Denim Skirt by ZARA

This fashionable Zara skirt is on sale right now!

Ever since I was little, I’ve always been in love with denim. A durable a resistant material that accompanied all my games without damage, unlike other materials.

However, like everything else, fashion is cyclical and some pairs of pants and skirts have been sidelined in the closet because they were “old”. I would never suspect that later they would be fashionable, but that it would be too late because I had given them to an institution.

It was a great chagrin when I began seeing the girls on the street wearing trousers and skirts that I had worn in the eighties and nineties. However, I recently discovered a brand that has the most fashionable jeans of the moment.

Spanish retailer Zara has a line of vintage jeans, which are just like my old pants, but with a touch of modernity that makes them look renewed. I especially liked a skirt from Zara’s collection, because it was different from everything I’ve seen.

The skirt has two shades – one darker and one lighter. Also, it is long, having some fringes on the bottom of the hem. The skirt is really spectacular and now, on sales, it costs only 15 euros. It was a spectacular find. I have used them everywhere and they are as sturdy as the bargain pieces of yesteryear.

Denim has been used in the USA since the mid 19th century. It initially gained popularity in 1873 when Jacob W. Davis, a tailor from Nevada, manufactured the first pair of “rivet-reinforced” denim pants. It was a request from a female customer who needed a pair of durable and strong pants for her husband to chop wood.
